'I just want to thank you for the support I received when I was under your care for lung cancer. I feel you and your treatment team have to be one of the best in the field. When starting my treatment I had a very bad back, the radiation technicians had to help me on and off the x-ray bed. I felt they were really concerned, and cared about my wellbeing. The nurses were always upbeat and went the extra mile for me. All of your support staff were just great.
